The  2nd annual general membership meeting  has been scheduled for Sunday March 28th to be held at the club house at 11:00am.
Please make an effort to attend if you have any issues, concerns, or suggestions for the club.

Also of interest to you

The state qualifier weekend for the 2010 FLorida State BMX Series will be held the weekend of  April 30th starting Friday @9pm and going through Sunday May 2nd.  They are requesting to use part of our facility for camping that weekend.
David Stewart is the track director and will be responsible for any issues that may arise.

We would request that you not fly that weekend due to the safety concerns of the additional persons that may be in the flying area.  Please schedule your flying for that weekend accordingly.

Current APA members,
Mark your calenders for Sunday March 28th 2010, as the date for our second required annual membership meeting.
It will be held at the Avon Park Flying Field clubhouse at 11:00am and should be brief.
If you have any concerns, issues, suggestions, or input please attend and express them.
I will not be there as I will be out of town, but your Vice President Sam Shames should be there to officiate.
We have renewed our AMA charter and filed our annual report already.
Doug should be able to provide a Treasurers report and answer any budget questions.
I apologize for not being able to attend, and I look forward to seeing you all soon.

Happy New Year to you all.
This is just a friendly reminder that the Annual Membership Meeting will be held at the flying field clubhouse this Sunday @ 11:30 am.
Please make plans to attend this important meeting, so we can nominate and elect board members for the coming year.  Also you can make any suggestions for field improvement or club activities.
I anticipate that we can complete any business in less than 1 hour.
